A ONELAN Case Study
SECC (Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre) needed a more eye-catching, flexible and cost-effective way to manage signage across multiple exhibition halls where content changes daily or weekly. Before engaging ONELAN, SECC relied on backlit fluorescent signs supplied per client at an annual cost of about £35,000 and faced long turnover times between events. They chose ONELAN digital signage to improve impact and reduce those recurring costs.
ONELAN installed a solution of twelve ONELAN 500 subscriber NTBs and one ONELAN NTB 5000 publisher driving 65" and 50" screens to show PowerPoint, video and dynamic event information (including box office and transport updates). The ONELAN system delivers richer, faster-changing graphics, simplifies content management and monitoring, and eliminates much of the previous signage spend — paying for itself within two years while improving visitor communication.
