A ONELAN Case Study
The Science Museum chose ONELAN to replace around twenty bespoke, independent signage systems with a single digital solution that could integrate with their CMS and website. The Museum’s objective was to deliver clear, age-appropriate information points and wayfinding to enhance the visitor experience, with scope to support touch interactivity in the future — requirements that led them to select ONELAN digital signage.
ONELAN installed wayfinding and exhibit screens across the Museum driven by 54 ONELAN millennium NTBs and ONELAN Century NTBs, monitored remotely and supported by Onemedia Services. A front-end display engine by ICO Design was integrated with the Museum’s CMS so content updates are pushed automatically into editable templates; the result is a reliable, flexible system delivering dynamic “What’s on” displays, exhibition videos and promotional content, and measurable deployment of 54 NTBs improving visitor information and operational efficiency with ONELAN.
