OurCalling - Customer Case Study

OurCalling is a faith-based, Dallas nonprofit that provides meals, showers, laundry, Bible study and outreach to the city’s homeless from a newly renovated 30,000 sq ft facility. They needed a reliable, real-time way to communicate across the building—displaying encouraging messaging and instantly updating on‑screen “now serving” numbers for showers and laundry—to keep services volunteer-friendly. To meet that need they turned to ONELAN and its Net-Top-Box (NTB-HD-10-S) digital signage media players (sourced via Stampede Global and installed by Achieve AV).

ONELAN’s NTB-HD-10-S players occupy three inputs of a 7x9 IP‑Matrix controlled by an iPad and were integrated with OurCalling’s custom database so staff can push instant queue updates and volunteer information across the facility. The combined ONELAN solution (with Achieve AV’s paging/foreground music) delivers consistent A/V and timely “now serving” notifications—examples in the case study show displays such as “NOW SERVING 791” and volunteer signup metrics—helping keep operations smooth and supporting the organization’s roughly 2,000 weekly face‑to‑face interactions.
