ONELAN takes Golden Gates Housing Trust into the 21st Century

Golden Gates Housing Trust (GGHT), the largest registered provider of social housing in Warrington with over 8,600 homes, needed to modernize communications as it moved into a new purpose-built HQ. GGHT wanted to replace traditional noticeboards with a digital, clear-desk approach that could also display staff information; ONELAN was recommended and chosen, with the ONELAN Digital Signage Net Top Box (NTB) solution meeting the requirement for easy content management by non-ICT staff.

ONELAN installed a central NTB in the server room publishing content to five ONELAN NTBs connected to 55" screens around the building, including reception. Content is managed by GGHT’s communications team, enabling rapid, site-wide updates; the digital signage streamlined operations, created a tidier presentation and saved considerable staff time compared with manual noticeboard updates. ONELAN’s solution delivered a simple, effective upgrade to GGHT’s internal and public communications.
