ONELAN performs for state of the art City Hall

Perth Concert Hall, Scotland’s new music and arts venue operated by Horsecross, needed to prioritise customer communication and drive ticket sales both at the box office and to people passing the building. Working with reseller Scotia UK plc, they selected ONELAN’s Net Top Box, a web‑based digital signage solution, to provide flexible, easy-to-use displays for promoting concerts and events.

ONELAN installed two Net Top Boxes driving large-screen displays (one was later moved to the glass frontage to reach passersby 24/7) and configured scrolling text to upsell shows to customers in the box office queue. The solution is simple enough for box office staff to update with minimal training, has delivered positive staff and customer feedback, improved customer service, and prompted investigation into automated scheduling for the Threshold artspace and integration with the venue’s wider 22‑screen digital installation.
