ONELAN Goes Wild at Marwell Zoo

Marwell Zoo is a 140-acre registered charity in Hampshire housing over 170 species. Needing a more interactive way to engage visitors and communicate a large volume of daily information across multiple zones (printed material was too limiting), Marwell Zoo worked with ONELAN (via reseller Eclipse Digital) to deploy a digital signage solution using the ONELAN Net-Top-Box 660 and ONELAN CMS 100.

Eclipse Digital installed outdoor interactive wayfinding kiosks powered by ONELAN hardware and CMS, featuring a touch map to locate park areas, access animal information, and display events, membership and visitor-facility details; Marwell’s marketing team can update content daily. The ONELAN-based system has delivered easy-to-use, age-appropriate engagement, with two units live at the front and back of the zoo, plans to expand across the 140-acre site, and improved visitor communication and content-management efficiency.
