LG Electronics use ONELAN Digital Signage for Impact at Peru’s Jockey Plaza Shopping Center

LG Electronics, a multinational leader in consumer electronics, needed a reliable digital signage solution to brand products and attract shoppers at Jockey Plaza, one of Lima’s largest malls. They required dynamic, network-controllable displays that could be managed both over a LAN and remotely via WAN, and selected ONELAN Digital Signage for the project.

ONELAN installed a 48‑LCD display system tiled around a 50‑meter circular perimeter to create a 360° media experience, driven by just three ONELAN Net‑Top‑Box players (two NTB5505 and one NTB60) and managed across a LAN with 53 network points. The design delivered significant cost savings by using three players instead of 48, was remotely controllable, and was completed in time for key World Cup 2010 advertising—results that left LG Electronics very satisfied.
