A ONELAN Case Study
Euroforum, a major management development centre housed in a historic building near Madrid, needed to modernize audiovisual equipment and create a dynamic, centrally managed communication system for the main courtyard, reception, entrance hall and conference rooms. They selected ONELAN’s digital signage solution—chosen for its Linux-based stability and ability to integrate with room-booking systems, TV channels and live streaming—to meet these requirements.
ONELAN implemented a networked solution featuring 22” screens outside each hall driven by ONELAN Net-top boxes (NTB), a 40” reception display on an NTB, and two 5×3 40” videowalls each driven by ONELAN NTB 5505 players showing four simultaneous videos, flash content, TV and live events; RPS Audiovisual worked with architects to integrate the videowalls into the stone courtyard. The deployment gave Euroforum centralized management, immediate content updates and system integration across venues, and has delivered visible improvements in on-site communications and event broadcasting.
