Estonia shopping and entertainment enhanced with Digital Signage

Solaris, a state‑of‑the‑art shopping and entertainment centre in central Tallinn, needed a flexible, easy‑to‑use digital signage solution to deliver schedules, building guides, advertising and event information across many screens. They selected ONELAN digital signage, deploying ONELAN Net‑Top‑Boxes (NTBs) to provide an automated, centrally managed system that’s simple to update and maintain.

ONELAN implemented a Linux‑based solution (three NTB‑615s, five NTB‑610s, one NTB‑500S and an additional NTB‑615 for central control) driving 120 LCD screens (42"–50") plus one large outdoor LED display. All dynamic content runs at full HD where required, adverts at 1360×768, and data is pulled automatically from external databases using animated Flash files — delivering centralized, low‑power, out‑of‑the‑box reliability with minimal training and significantly reduced maintenance overhead.
