DHL needed a fast, reliable way to communicate cut-off and loading times to ground staff to improve efficiency when loading flight parcels and deliveries. ONELAN supplied a digital signage solution using its Net-top box (NTB) players and publishers (NTB-650) and an intranet-based time management system to meet this requirement.

LamasaTech integrated ONELAN’s digital signage with live flight data so DHL can upload a departure Excel sheet that populates ten 55" screens (10 NTB-650 players) across 10 zones, showing countdown timers and up to three active flights per screen. The ONELAN system is automated, web-manageable for supervisors, scalable to additional locations, supports multimedia content, and provides exportable Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly reports — outcomes that removed manual processes and measurably increased hub staff productivity.
