Casino Lugano, a lakeside casino in central Lugano, needed to manage 20 screens in real time with mixed content — internal publicity, jackpot win alerts, one‑off promotions and a live TV feed — all managed remotely. After seeing ONELAN at ISE 2011, the casino chose ONELAN’s digital signage for its user‑friendliness and ease of use.
ONELAN installed 22 ONELAN Net‑top‑boxes (NTB) 510s and one Omni‑server driving HD displays, with content updated by casino staff every two to three weeks and ad hoc functionality for jackpot announcements. The ONELAN solution enabled remote, real‑time control of 20+ screens, delivered more appealing on‑floor displays and produced significant time and cost savings compared with traditional printed publicity.
