A ONELAN Case Study
Blenheim i-SITE, part of New Zealand’s official Visitor Network in Marlborough, needed more engaging, flexible displays when it moved to modern premises in 2011. Destination Marlborough wanted to better inform and orient visitors, promote activities and events, and ultimately encourage visitors to spend more time and money in the region. They selected ONELAN digital signage (including NTB-620 players) for its ease of use, content/display options and scheduling capabilities.
ONELAN deployed six NTB-620 units driving a mix of 42” and 32” LCD screens (landscape and portrait), with an additional screen and NTB-620 later added at Blenheim Airport and managed remotely. Content—still images, video, web/HTML and news feeds—is now fully managed by i-SITE staff; the installation delivered easier content updates, automated scheduling (including after-hours displays and automatic switch-off) and extended reach, helping Destination Marlborough meet its objectives to engage visitors and boost regional spending.
