TRUMPF, the German engineering and electronics company, needed a more scalable way to integrate IT service management across more than 70 subsidiaries and multiple external partners. Its legacy, highly customized ITSM tool had reached its limits, and point-to-point and email-based interfaces were no longer reliable enough for the company’s growing hybrid IT landscape.

TRUMPF selected ONEiO’s cloud-native “ITSM Connector as a Service” (ICaaS) to provide transparent, scalable integration between ServiceNow and external providers. ONEiO delivered a codeless, Kubernetes-based SaaS integration platform that replaced brittle ad hoc connections and gave TRUMPF a more flexible managed service approach; while no hard numerical business impact was published, the result was a smoother, more pragmatic integration model that TRUMPF has continued to use successfully.
