Sofigate, an IT service provider operating in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Hungary, needed to simplify and speed up integrations between its customers’ ITSM systems and its own ServiceNow platform. The challenge was that different ITSM tools “speak different languages,” and manually building point-to-point integrations had been time-consuming and cumbersome.
