Elmo, an IT service provider, needed a better way to keep customer data synchronized between Salesforce CRM and Efecte ITSM. Manual updates were wasting days each month and still made it difficult to keep information fully current, so Elmo turned to ONEiO and its free trial to explore a more automated integration approach.
Using ONEiO’s hub-and-spoke integration platform, Elmo moved from the free trial to the Professional plan and then to the MSP Plan. ONEiO enabled secure, centrally managed integrations with one endpoint per system, giving Elmo full control over routing rules and mappings as their systems changed. The result was less maintenance, improved flexibility, reduced integration complexity, and long-term cost savings compared with traditional point-to-point integrations.
