OP Financial Group, Finland’s largest financial services group, faced a complex IT outsourcing transformation involving multiple service providers, different ITSM tools, multilingual processes, and a tight three-month deployment window. To keep control of data and ensure its outsourcing partners adapted to its operating model, OP needed a way to connect services across Accenture, CGI, Tieto, Fujitsu, and others without building numerous point-to-point integrations.

OP Financial Group implemented ONEiO’s cloud-based iPaaS to act as a central “translator” between service providers and ITSM systems, enabling smooth ticket and process flow while reducing integration complexity. With ONEiO, OP avoided custom integration projects and extra hardware/software purchases, completed deployment in just three months, and supported an environment generating 10,000+ error and service tickets per month; the overall outsourcing initiative was tied to annual savings of €20 million.
