Eilakaisla, a Finnish staffing services company, was using HubSpot alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365, but the systems were not connected. This created manual work for sales and marketing, made it difficult to track lead sources and campaign performance, and forced the team to build mailing lists by hand for newsletters and nurturing emails. ONEiO implemented the HubSpot ↔ Dynamics 365 integration with support from Sales Communications Oy, automating lead transfer, syncing customer activity data, and replacing manual mailing-list processes. As a result, Eilakaisla improved collaboration between sales and marketing, enabled more personalized messaging, and gained clearer visibility into campaign effectiveness and ROI, while reducing manual work and improving efficiency.
