How we created end-to-end visibility over Valmet’s IT service ecosystem

Valmet, a Finland-based enterprise with more than 17,000 employees, was growing through acquisitions and struggling with fragmented IT service management across internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. Its acquired companies used isolated ITSM systems, and Valmet needed a way to make ServiceNow its single source of truth while still working with a wide range of partner tools and processes. Using ONEiO’s cloud-native integration service, Valmet built a Service Management Ecosystem that connects ServiceNow with suppliers and internal tools without point-to-point integrations. The solution automated data flow, removed manual steps and errors, and allowed even smaller suppliers to stay on email or other lightweight processes where needed.
