Fujitsu, a major ServiceNow provider in Europe, needed a faster and more flexible way to deliver integrations for service management and process automation as digitalization increased. In its ServiceNow practice, Fujitsu worked with ONEiO and its iPaaS integration solution to help remove bottlenecks in integration projects and support customers with complex SIAM and ICT service environments.

ONEiO implemented its cloud-based integration platform to automate system integrations while allowing each party to keep its own tools and software. The result was reduced manual work, easier deployment, and more reliable integrations that can scale over time. Fujitsu says ONEiO has become an important mainstay in its ServiceNow offering, helping accelerate sales and deliver integrations without requiring new integration skills or software changes.
