Bayer Utilizes ONEiO Integration Hub to Support Outsourcing Project

Bayer, the global life sciences company, needed a way to support a major IT outsourcing program while freeing its internal IT teams to focus on the core business. To connect its own ServiceNow environment with multiple service providers operating in different ITSM systems, Bayer turned to ONEiO and its Integration Automation Platform.

ONEiO implemented a cloud-based integration hub to link Bayer’s service management ecosystem, allowing providers to work in their own tools while exchanging incidents, requests, problems, and changes seamlessly. In just six months, Bayer connected seven service management systems, and ONEiO also enabled complex integrations such as syncing two ServiceNow instances in 1–2 weeks and connecting a legacy Remedy system through multiple hops, helping Bayer complete one of Europe’s largest outsourcing projects.
