EBSCO Media chooses Onehub to create a better customer portal experience and enable sales team

EBSCO Media, Alabama’s largest commercial printer, needed a better way to receive hundreds of customer files each month and securely share a variety of print-related and media assets. Before switching, they were using a legacy file-sharing product and wanted a web-based, easy-to-use, branded solution with better notification handling and tighter access controls. Onehub provided the customer portal experience they were looking for.

With Onehub, EBSCO Media implemented a branded file-sharing portal with page- and folder-level permissions, making it easier for customers to upload files and for sales and customer service teams to access only the information they needed. The result was a smoother experience for customers, improved internal efficiency, and positive feedback from users who moved from traditional FTP to Onehub. EBSCO Media also began using Onehub internally as an intranet for sales resources and training information.
