Customers had to print, sign, scan and return paperwork, making follow-up difficult. To streamline contract handling, Eidsiva turned to Oneflow’s digital contract platform.

Oneflow enabled Eidsiva to shorten contracts by attaching terms and conditions separately, centralize correspondence inside the contract, and use shareable links instead of emailed PDFs so all departments (including customer service) can access agreements.
