Byggmax Makes smarter and faster purchases with Oneflow

Byggmax, a Nordic DIY and construction retailer with more than 100 stores and a centralized purchasing team in Stockholm, faced a major annual bottleneck: negotiating and signing nearly 300 supplier agreements each year using Word files and long email exchanges. The manual process created decimetre‑high bundles of paper, slow lead times (about a month and a half from first contact to a signed agreement) and strained resources. To solve this, Byggmax chose Oneflow and its digital contracts platform.

Oneflow implemented a complete digital contract flow—template building, collaborative editing, e‑signing and contract management—so Byggmax could negotiate, update and archive agreements interactively. The result: lead times fell from roughly six weeks to three days, the procurement team now handles far larger volumes with fewer resources, and productivity increased dramatically (Byggmax reports up to 10–15x greater efficiency and processes 300+ digital contracts a year). Oneflow’s platform also improved supplier experience and became a trusted strategic partner.
