The Avery Coonley School (ACS) faced the challenge of moving its 38th Annual Auction online due to COVID-19 while also shifting its fundraising priority to provide critical tuition assistance for its students. To achieve this, the school partnered with OneCause and utilized its Mobile Bidding platform to host the event virtually and minimize donor confusion.

Using the OneCause Giving Center to host all activities in one place, ACS executed an online auction, raffle, and paddle raise alongside a livestream and grade-specific Zoom rooms. This strategy successfully fostered community connection and drove donations. The event raised over $270,000, with $134,231 specifically allocated to the school's COVID-19 Emergency Tuition Assistance Fund, ensuring every student could return for the upcoming school year.
