The Avery Coonley School faced the sudden need to move its 38th Annual Auction online and reallocate fundraising to a COVID-19 Emergency Tuition Assistance Fund to ensure students could return for 2020–21. To run a single virtual hub for auction, raffle and Fund‑A‑Need activity, ACS partnered with OneCause, using OneCause Mobile Bidding and the OneCause Giving Center to present a family‑friendly, community-focused event.

Using OneCause, ACS ran an online auction, raffle and paddle raise with a kick‑off video and grade Zoom rooms to drive engagement, consolidating everything in one place to reduce donor confusion. The campaign generated 376 donations, averaged 12 bids per silent auction item, raised $62,500 from the silent auction, $65,529 in Fund‑A‑Need, $134,231 for the COVID‑19 Emergency Assistance Fund, and more than $270,000 total—results made possible by OneCause’s platform.
