PTA of PS 59, a New York City elementary school PTA, struggled with stagnant fundraising (Annual Fund stuck at $50,000) and outdated third‑party technology that lacked mobile bidding, payment integration and reliable reporting—forcing manual reconciliation and low online engagement. After an extensive search for mobile fundraising software, PTA of PS 59 selected OneCause.
OneCause implemented an end‑to‑end solution—mobile bidding, unlimited customizable Giving Centers for year‑round campaigns, payment‑processor integration and easy data import/export—consolidating vendors and streamlining operations. As a result, PTA of PS 59 raised nearly $600,000 in three years (including $101,000 at their first mobile auction), more than doubled their Annual Fund to $110,000 by year two, averaged $110,210 per year from mobile bidding, and collected $250,000+ in online donations over two years.
