National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation Building a Seamless Donor Experience with OneCause

National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation needed to launch its 5K fundraiser quickly and create a smooth donor experience, but with only seven weeks to prepare, the team had to build the event site, train staff, and manage attendee check-in and communication efficiently. Working with OneCause and its fundraising platform, NPCF used the training library and event tools to get up and running fast while keeping the focus on promoting the event and engaging supporters.

OneCause helped NPCF implement Express Check-in, attendee messaging, and streamlined event wrap-up to make the fundraiser run more smoothly. The result was a faster, less stressful check-in for more than 200 attendees, with most guests registering and checking in before arrival, plus easier communication, payment collection, and post-event follow-up.
