Kentucky Country Day School (KCD), an independent JK–12 school in Louisville, struggled to reconcile ticket sales with its successful OneCause mobile bidding because it relied on separate ticketing software. Assistant Director Sherri Nilsson faced double data entry, incomplete reports and a cumbersome check‑in process that required re‑collecting and rescanning guest information.

KCD switched to OneCause’s Giving Center, building a branded event site with integrated ticketing, real‑time sales tracking and customizable packages (including a “Ticket for a Teacher”). OneCause centralized guest data, streamlined check‑in, improved post‑event reporting, and helped KCD deliver one of its best fundraisers to date — with Nilsson reporting that having “all the data in one place” has increased event revenues exponentially.
