Big Sister Association of Greater Boston needed a smoother way to manage event check-in for about 300 guests and to support fundraising leading up to its gala. OneCause delivered Express Check-in, QR code ticketing, paddle raise support, and real-time donation tracking to streamline the guest experience and live appeal. Big Sister Association of Greater Boston reported that attendees could “skip the line” and enter quickly, while staff could track paddle numbers with fewer clicks and reconcile donations more easily. The platform also helped the organization run a year-round fundraising campaign ahead of Big in Boston 2022, giving them real-time data and the flexibility to connect ongoing donations to the event.
