Superpowered Project Management with Microsoft’s Power Platform

Leading Pharmaceutical Company, a 34,000+ employee pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Indiana, was preparing to migrate away from its existing project management platform and needed a better way to track projects, improve security, and centralize reporting. It partnered with Onebridge to design an all-in-one solution using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and PowerApps.

Onebridge built the solution on the client’s SQL Server database, created custom views and stored procedures, developed the PowerApp and flows from scratch, and automated management reporting in Power BI. The result was a single source of truth with stronger security, better data quality, and auditability through a fixed streaming dataset, while also saving project managers hours of manual work by moving reporting out of PowerPoint and into Power BI.
