A OneBlink Case Study
The Central Coast Council, which serves a large urban area between Sydney and Newcastle, faced fragmented form processes after the merger of legacy systems. Before implementing OneBlink’s Low-code Suite (LcS), the Council struggled with multiple form applications and inconsistent features (branding, auto-fill, backend lookups), limited ability to configure forms in-house, and the cost and complexity of separate vendor licences — all of which hindered productivity and a consistent citizen experience.
OneBlink consolidated all form-based processes onto its LcS, integrating with the Council’s HP/TRIM CMS and MuleSoft to enable mobile/offline submission, automated scanning/routing, approval workflows and direct EDMS storage. The result was reduced vendor dependency and costs, centralised governance, and measurable time savings — including hundreds of manual hours saved on a digital Change of Address form and 70–80 hours saved deploying an event induction form — improving productivity and service delivery across The Central Coast Council.
