Logan City Council, serving over 280,000 residents across urban, suburban and rural areas, faced persistent mobile data-collection problems that limited field productivity: previous pilots used poor hardware, lacked reliable offline capability, and forced inspectors to return to the office to enter data. To address this, the Council engaged OneBlink and adopted OneBlink’s Low-code Solution (LcS) to deliver a robust, mobile-first inspection platform.
OneBlink’s LcS enabled rapid creation of custom electronic forms with offline mode, auto-save drafts, API lookups and PDF receipts, and integrated directly with the Council’s systems and document management. As a result, inspectors can stay in the field longer, process and transmit data instantly, complete a greater number of inspections, reduce material and administrative costs, improve customer response times, and scale mobile data collection to other branches.
