Lismore City Council - Customer Case Study

Lismore City Council, which manages assets across a large region of northern New South Wales, faced inefficient, error-prone paper-based field processes that consumed office time, limited real-time visibility, and made WHS compliance difficult. To modernise field operations the Council partnered with OneBlink and deployed OneBlink’s mobile forms platform to replace paper forms for pre-vehicle checks, work orders, risk assessments and timesheets.

OneBlink implemented secure, offline-capable digital forms integrated with Lismore City Council’s Mex system and A.D., enabling real-time submission, automated archiving, and supervisor tracking via a tailored controller. The change eliminated redundant paperwork, improved data accuracy, delivered 100% WHS compliance, increased field productivity, and led the Council to expand OneBlink mobile forms into Parks, Roads and Building & Planning.
