Greater Shepparton City Council, a regional council in northern Victoria serving 50,000+ residents, struggled with operational inefficiencies from more than 14 disparate form and data-capture systems. The fragmented toolset created inconsistent user experiences, high technical debt, and limited integration with core systems, hampering staff and citizen interactions — so the Council selected OneBlink’s Low-code Solution (LcS) to consolidate PDF and eForms workflows.

OneBlink implemented LcS with no-code form building, embedded forms, approval workflows and integrations (including Content Manager), plus bespoke apps for specific services; a pilot of six child-care forms proved the approach. As a result, OneBlink’s platform now supports over 50 active forms, drives more than 1,000 submissions per month, and has improved data accuracy, user experience and compliance across departments such as Building Maintenance, Events and Parks and Recreation.
