Greater Shepparton City Council, a regional council in northern Victoria serving 50,000+ residents, struggled with operational inefficiencies from more than 14 disparate form and data-capture systems. The fragmented toolset created inconsistent user experiences, high technical debt, and limited integration with core systems, hampering staff and citizen interactions — so the Council selected OneBlink’s Low-code Solution (LcS) to consolidate PDF and eForms workflows.

OneBlink implemented LcS with no-code form building, embedded forms, approval workflows and integrations (including Content Manager), plus bespoke apps for specific services; a pilot of six child-care forms proved the approach.
