Unitas Global, a leading managed service provider of connected hybrid cloud solutions for global enterprises, needed a billing platform that could support growth beyond the United States. Their main challenges were point-to-point (P2P) taxation across origin and destination endpoints, as well as international taxation and currency support for expansion into new geographies.

OneBill provided OneBill Lite with the Partner Management Module to address these needs. The solution supported P2P taxation, enabled multi-level partner management for multiple locations and currencies, and used OneBill’s internal tax engine for international tax handling, helping Unitas Global expand into Ireland and the United Kingdom while avoiding the cost of an external tax engine and delivering custom invoices for each geography.
