OneBill implemented multi-level partner management to structure NEC’s channels from NEC to distributors, resellers, and end customers, while SSO and robust REST APIs streamlined partner access and order placement. OneBill also provided out-of-the-box reporting for taxes, reseller settlements, and agent commissions, plus payment reminders for delinquent customers to improve collections.
