Logista, an information technology services company based in Bessemer, Alabama, wanted to add telecom services without introducing extra risk or manual work into its billing process. To minimize disruption and transition services gradually, Logista turned to OneBill’s Automated Billing Solution, including BRM, to support telecom tax calculation, invoice formatting, and integration with its existing environment.

OneBill implemented automated billing workflows that processed AT&T data from the APEX portal, corrected and completed transaction records, validated invoices in a test cycle before production, and exported invoice data in customer-friendly formats. As a result, Logista was able to launch billing quickly, deliver its first invoices in less than one week after signing, correctly bill the largest wireline AT&T order in its Emerging Business market, and accelerate onboarding and collections.
