ADTRAN, a Huntsville, Alabama-based leader in UCaaS and network access solutions, needed a way to support its master agents and sub-agents as it launched a new UCaaS business with Broadsoft. The company’s existing process relied heavily on emails, ticketing, and manual data entry across multiple systems, creating delays, errors, and inefficiencies in pricing visibility, order processing, and payment collection.

OneBill implemented its Enterprise platform, including OneBill MLCM for multi-level partner management and OneBill BRM for billing and revenue management, to connect ADTRAN with Bandwidth, Broadcloud, Teledynamics, and internal financial systems via APIs. OneBill also enabled agent self-service, automated billing and commission settlement, and e-signatures through DocuSign, helping ADTRAN reduce duplicate data entry, streamline partner operations, and cut the manual effort required to manage and support its reseller channel.
