Onebeat implemented a solution using its DBM, Smart Replenishment, and Inter Store Transfer modules. This strategy categorized inventory into Head, Belly, and Tail groups to ensure fast replenishment of best-sellers, provide smart alternatives for mid-performing items, and rotate or liquidate aged stock. The results were substantial: a 22% increase in inventory turns, a 12% rise in overall sales, and a reduction in the average inventory age from 125 to 75 days, significantly improving merchandise effectiveness for Tanishq.
