Simplifying a fashion company’s replenishment system

Diltex Brands, a leading lingerie retailer in Mexico and Central America, faced common industry challenges of inventory inaccuracies, frequent shortages, and surpluses across its extensive store network. Onebeat's solution provided daily, SKU-level demand predictions to automatically set inventory targets and prioritize stock allocation from the distribution center. The implementation also enabled efficient inter-store transfers to balance surplus inventory. As a result, Diltex reduced surplus inventory by 63% and decreased overall inventory volume in stores by 18% within just four months, all while increasing the availability of key fashion models by 22%.
