Setting New Standard for Evaluation, Curriculum Management & Logging

The University of South Dakota’s Sanford School of Medicine faced major challenges with decentralized, paper-based evaluations, a tedious CurrMIT import process, and a homegrown student logging system that lacked usability and reporting. To prepare for an LCME site visit, the school needed a more centralized way to manage evaluations, curriculum data, and clinical experience logging, and turned to One45 for support.

One45 implemented standardized evaluation forms, a Curriculum Management module to streamline CurrMIT uploads, and Procedure Logs and Patient Encounter Logs to track student clinical experiences. As a result, USD achieved a successful LCME accreditation visit, freed administrators from time-consuming manual data entry, and gained better oversight and reporting across its medical education programs.
