The Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) faced the challenge of modernizing its website to improve the user experience for both its 16,000 members and the public. Their legacy site was cluttered and lacked visual consistency, while also needing high functionality for a wide range of services on all devices. They partnered with ONE400 for a legal website redesign and UX strategy to address these issues.

ONE400 employed a full-spectrum UX design approach and Atomic Design methodology to rebuild the site. This resulted in a visually striking and highly functional platform where members can easily pay dues, register for courses, and network, while the public can access legal resources. The new design from ONE400 led directly to increases in both user retention and new visitors.
