Arrow Electronics Automates Replenishment Program with One Network’s Real Time Value Network

Arrow Electronics, a global electronics distributor, faced challenges with its outdated, on-premise Customer Automated Replenishment System (CARES). The legacy software lacked desired functionality and was cumbersome for customers to host. Seeking to become demand-driven and improve efficiency, Arrow chose to find an external vendor and selected One Network Enterprises and their Real Time Value Network platform.

One Network's web-based solution automated Arrow's replenishment program, enabling remote implementation and providing multi-tier supply chain visibility. The results included a lower total cost of ownership, higher operating efficiency through automated order processing, and reduced inventory and stock-outs for customers. The Real Time Value Network also created a network effect, where its value increased as more of Arrow's suppliers and customers joined the platform.
