One Identity implemented Active Roles to automate account creation, modification and removal across Transavia’s hybrid Active Directory and Azure AD while One Identity Services provided ongoing consultancy. The solution saves up to 10 minutes per user, reduces errors to near zero, handles 1,500–2,000 role changes annually and eliminates the need for an estimated 1–2 FTE on the service desk, all while supporting Transavia’s move to the cloud.
