Secure Privileged Access for Outsourced Workforce at Leading Russian Software Provider

Nexign, a leading global provider of BSS solutions for the telecommunications industry, needed a way to secure remote access for outsourced workers connecting to its corporate information systems. In 2017, its information security team looked for a reliable, scalable network security solution that could control, monitor, and record activity from external engineers, consultants, and developers.

After evaluating multiple options, Nexign chose One Identity Safeguard for Privileged Sessions. The deployment took three months and was configured in a VMware-based virtual environment to monitor SSH, RDP, and ICA sessions, with no agents installed on endpoints. One Identity’s solution now monitors the IT activity of approximately 100 concurrent remote Nexign users and helped the company meet its security requirements while supporting VDI access for its outsourced workforce.
