Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH & Co KG (R-IT), an Austrian IT services provider supporting banks and other customers across Central and Eastern Europe, needed to streamline identity and access management so employees could securely use applications on demand while meeting strict regulatory audit requirements. To address this challenge, R-IT implemented Identity Manager from One Identity.

Using One Identity’s Identity Manager, R-IT operates four instances supporting nearly 80,000 technology users, more than 500 applications and 300 business tenants, and runs roughly 200,000 attestations twice a year. Automations and a permissions-based service catalog reduced provisioning from a full day to about 30 minutes, enabled rolling out 40 applications per week instead of two, sped developer access without tickets, and delivered complete audit transparency for regulatory compliance.
