Prosegur, a global security‑services company based in Madrid, was scaling robotic process automation (Blue Prism) across 14 business areas but faced a critical challenge: securely monitoring and recording privileged access for digital workers. The deployment resolved the API issues, reduced the risk of compromised digital‑worker accounts, improved GDPR compliance with full audit trails, and saved operational time — roughly a week per digital‑worker account setup and about a day on password changes — helping accelerate Prosegur’s RPA rollout.
