Privileged user monitoring and mitigation of insider threats at Docapost group

Docapost, a La Poste group company that manages thousands of sensitive customer records and services (health data, payments, e-signatures), needed stronger controls to meet French and European regulations (including ISO 27001) and to mitigate rising insider threats. To improve monitoring and traceability of privileged accounts, Docapost selected One Identity’s Safeguard for Privileged Sessions as its privileged session monitoring solution.

One Identity implemented Safeguard for Privileged Sessions (with integration support from Nomios) to inspect SSH sessions, integrate with one‑time password management, record tamper‑proof audit trails, and make privileged-session monitoring mandatory. The deployment gives Docapost detailed activity reports, real‑time monitoring and the ability to grant temporary access or intervene immediately; it currently secures privileged access to about a dozen services, helps meet compliance requirements, and materially reduces insider‑risk exposure.
