Arpa Industriale, a 500‑employee Italian manufacturer, faced growing challenges securing user identities and managing access across expanding networks and an SAP ERP system. The company chose One Identity and deployed Identity Manager and Safeguard to replace manual, fragmented processes and the limited SAP Identity Management module.

After cleansing HR data, One Identity’s Identity Manager and Safeguard were integrated with Active Directory, SAP ERP and Inaz HR to automate user lifecycles and privileged access. The solution now manages close to 800 users (including external consultants), reduced SAP user creation to two clicks, cut IT workload, ensured timely deprovisioning, and strengthened compliance posture—helping Arpa Industriale prepare for ISO 27001 audits.
