AGL Energy, one of Australia’s leading integrated energy companies, faced slow, manual identity and access management where onboarding could take up to three days as managers emailed the IT help desk and multiple tickets were raised. After a competitive RFP, AGL selected One Identity and its Dell One Identity Manager for its easier configuration and tight integration with Microsoft and SAP environments.
One Identity implemented Dell One Identity Manager to automate provisioning, centralize role and entitlement visibility, and simplify access governance. The solution significantly reduced provisioning delays, empowered staff with timely access, lowered the risk of users holding permissions beyond their roles, required a smaller technical team to operate, and strengthened compliance and auditability across AGL Energy.
